Villa Borgo will charm your eyes thanks to the incontaminated beauty of its place rich in history and poetry.
Immersed in an ancient rural village, a few kilometers from the beautiful town of Cortona (ancient Etruscan village, one of the most beautiful in Italy), you will be dipped into a precious landscape, where nature surrounds you with its scents and colors and where orchards, trails, gardens, olive groves and rich flavors of food and wine will make you live to the fullest the real "tuscan life"!
Villa Il Borgo is made up of a large main villa, making it the ideal destination for families and groups. In any case, the surroundings will always be only for you, for your privacy and relaxation that you expect from your holiday in Tuscany.
The owner lives in a building about 15 meters away from the villa.
At guests' disposal:
The property has a large garden planted with olive and fruit trees that will lead you to the beautiful swimming pool (12 x 6 m, maximum height 2.40 m,) where you will also have at your disposal loungers, parasols and a gazebo with table and chairs.
In the park, the owners have also thought about inserting a nice little trampoline (with safety net) and a swing.
The kitchen also has direct access to the outside on the patio where you will find a large table for outdoor dining and barbecue.
Adjacent to the main house a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron has been arranged.

Descriptif des Intérieurs
Villa Borgo ( 240 sqm) has been restored by the owners who have put all their passion for creating a unique place where old and modern come together and give life to a house full of beauty and conviviality.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom, TV and living room and has air conditioned. In each one you can admire beautiful portions of original frescoes in the villa.
The main villa develops on three floors, plus a mezzanine housed in what was once a watchtower, one of the last remaining in Tuscany.
From the main entrance on the ground floor you reach to your right the spacious dining room connected to the fully equipped kitchen.
From the dining room you have also access to the outside where the porch was equipped with an additional table for outdoor dining.
To the left of the main entrance there is a spacious lounge with satellite TV and bathroom of the ground floor (with shower).
We then begin to climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find a large master bedroom, preceded by a large living room with fireplace, TV and sofa that converts into a double bed.
On the first floor you will have another small lounge before reaching the outside of a typical small terrace complete with chairs in wicker.
We take the stairs and reach the second floor where you will have two large bedrooms, one double room with TV and bathroom "en-suite" and a twin room, preceded by a nice living room with fireplace and TV and full private bathroom.
We finally reach the large loft, spacious and with parquet floor, complete with double bed, TV and “en-suite" bathroom.
From the window you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding valley.

The annex is a short walk from the villa, sleeps up to 4 people and is on one level. Decorated in classic Tuscan style, it consists of a large fully equipped kitchen, complete with dining and living area with fireplace and TV.
The sleeping area instead has two bedrooms, one double and one twin room and two bathrooms, one of which has been equipped with a washing machine.
The annexe overlooks the swimming pool and becomes a great resource if you are a large group, allowing you to add 4 sleeping possibilities to the main villa.
