Villa l’Albero is a completely independent luxury villa and totally restored with air conditioning and WI-FI ADSL internet connection. The villa sits on an wonderful 10 acres estate of olive groves with a large private swimming pool overlooking the magnificent Chianti countryside. Its isolated and dominant position ensures complete tranquillity and a spectacular view across the hills of the Florence countryside. The villa is spacious yet cozy, fully restored in harmony with the traditional tuscan style and offers all modern comforts. Perfect for vacation with friends or the family. In the midst of olive groves with a full southern exposure, the swimming pool ensures sun continuously from morning till evening.
During the rental period, the owner lives in the restored barn behind the main house in order to guarantee total independence, complete privacy and exclusive use of the swimming pool to guests.
The villa includes 3 panoramic terraces under the trees, open to the beauty of the surrounding countryside and to the swimming pool where it is a pleasure to have lunch and dinner.
Villa l'Albero is original and artistic, and conveys an atmosphere of total privacy. Over the years, the owner of the house planned the renoon on his own with a sharp eye. He tastefully designed the interior using selected objects and carefully-chosen furnishings. The result is a true masterpiece. State-of-the-art facilities are hidden behind an unpretentious, but utterly charming surface that resembles a monastic-like simplicity. This simplicity is not accidental but the result of meticulous design deliberately limiting the furnishings to the essentials. The design was always determined by one leitmotif, namely to respect and retain the gracefulness and simplicity of the old farmhouse in harmony with its rural setting. The planning proficiently takes advantage of the natural incidence of light, which is even more important than the furnishings: the rooms overlook the valley and have been opened by round arches. The sun's rays produce a fascinating atmosphere and accentuate the plainness of the interior. The beautiful oak furniture from bygone days is unadorned and harmonizes with the antique stone, the terra-cotta floors, and the warm tones of the roof beams, to create a very nostalgic country atmosphere.

Garden: 10 acres - 3 terraces with panoramic view. Absolute privacy and tranquility.
Swimming pool: In the midst of olive groves with a full southern exposure, the private swimming pool (6x12 m / 20x40 ft - available from May1st through October 31 st.) ensures sun continuously from morning till evening. Around the pool 12 wooden beach beds with mattress, 1 hammock, 1 canopy with 1 garden wooden table and 6 garden wooden chairs, 2 large sun umbrellas, 1 shower surronded by bambu.

Parking: Available on the property, for 10 cars.

Descriptif des Intérieurs
Magnifique restauration architecturale
La Villa est spacieuse (400 m2) et peut acceuillir jusqu’à 16 personnes. Sa splendide restauration a été effectuée dans le respect du style architectural traditionnel propre à la Toscane: façade en pierres, toiture en vieilles tuiles, sols intérieurs en terre cuite, plafonds avec poutres de chêne et de cyprès, murs blancs, escaliers en pierre, fenêtres et portes en bois de cyprès.
L’habitation est distribuée sur deux niveaux.
Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une grande cuisine avec un plan de travail en marbre de Carrara et une cheminée - une buanderie et une réserve alimentaire - une chambre matrimoniale avec salle de bain privée / douche - des toilettes - une seconde chambre matrimoniale avec salle bain / douche et toilette privées - un bureau avec fax, photocopieur et connection Internet - une grande salle à manger avec 2 tables pour 16 couverts et un petit salon - une très belle salle de séjour avec un grand divan très confortable, deux fauteuils, une magnifique cheminée typiquement toscane et un accès directe sur la terrasse sud et le jardin.
Le premier étage comprend 5 chambres dont une chambre matrimoniale avec salle de bain baignoir/douche et toilettes privées - deux chambres matrimoniales - deux chambres à deux ou trois lits simples - une grande salle de bain commune avec baignoire/douche et toilette. Un lit pour enfant est à disposition. La décoration intérieure, sobre et rustique est particulièrement soignée afin de s’intégrer au style original de la maison: lits en fer forgé – armoires, tables et chaises en bois naturel – illumination et lampes de chevet d’é poque. L’ensemble crée un atmosphère teintée de nostalgie, imprégnée d’une beauté essentielle et harmonieuse.
Malgré sa décoration de style, la maison offre tous les conforts modernes: une cuisine équipée avec un plan de cuisson à 5 feux gaz, un four électrique, un four micro-onde, un lave-vaisselle, un frigidaire et un congélateur de grandes dimensions, une buanderie avec machine à laver et sèche linge.
La salle de séjour est équipée d'une stéréo Hi-Fi "Denon" (2x150W) de première qualité et un grand choix de CD (classique, jazz et divers), un téléviseur "Sony" doté d’une antenne satellite, un magnétoscope, un DVD, un téléphone sans fil et d'un piano droit pour les mélomanes. Le bureau est doté d'un fax, d'une photocopieuse et d'une connectiopn Internet
Jardin: 4 hectares - Parking : 10 places - Animales acceptés
La villa peut accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes mais les prix par semaine que nous exposons sont valables pour 12 personnes. Au-delà, les personnes supplémentaires devront prendre en considération un supplément (voir les notes en bas de la liste des prix).
