This pleasant holiday home is located only 50m away from the ocean in the beautiful area of Kofsa and has a lovely ocean view.


The holiday home is situated in high setting with a nature plot with trees. It has a large patio with a lovely view and a large outdoor room. The holiday home is consists of a large living room with a kitchen area and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with a sofa bed. The exit in the living room will take you to the large outdoor room where there is plenty of room for everybody.

The annex has room for four people in bunk beds.

The garden is a good location for playing children and is a very relaxing area for the one who loves nature. You can all gather around the patio or outdoor room and have a barbeque.


There is a small harbor 50m away from the holiday home, and a little farther down the cliff side there is a trampoline and bathing ladder.

If you would like to take trips from the holiday home there are several good excursions sites like: kreativum in Karlshamn, “the house of salmon” in Mörrum, a car museum in Olofström (mostly Volvo cars) or there is good shopping opportunities in Karlshamn.
