Welcome to a charming and comfortable holiday home with a beautiful view
of the lake, plus a private boat and dock. The house has recently been
refurnished. It features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a
comfortable living room on the mezzanine.


This is the perfect get-away for nature lovers! Enjoy the sunset from
the comfort of the back terrace or take a walk along one of the
footpaths nearby, or go fishing with the boat. The owner provides fishing licenses for 200 SEK pro week. There is also a unique
electric motor driven raft that can be rented. The motor is silent,
which makes for a splendid nature experience, gliding silently across
the lake. Down by the lake there is a wood fuelled sauna which is shared
with renters of the house next door, house 42980.


There is a golf course nearby, and hunting possibilities. The neighbour
arranges hunting trips, possible game are wild boar, deer and elk.


Södermanland is a beautiful county with castles, mansions, lakes and
ancient monuments.It offers many beautiful walking- and cycling routes,
as well as canoeing routes. The town of Malmköping offers a train museum
with old wagons from the past century. Other nearby museums are
Sparreholms castle with it’s jukebox collection and one of Europe’s
finest collections of cars. At Malmaheds museum you can learn about
Malmköping during the stone age and about the ancient village Vrå. Or
take a trip to the cave Turebergsgrottan, outside of Mellösa. A large,
natural crack in the mountain has created tunnels and chambers which you
can explore.
