This row house apartment in Vuokatti in the vicinity of Holiday Club Katinkulta was completed in 1990, renovated in 2013. Floor area 75 m² + loft 10 m². Open kitchen, separate dining area, living room with sofa-bed (140 cm) for 1-2 persons. Downstairs two bedrooms, one with twin bed, and one with 120 cm bed for 1-2 persons + toilet. Shower, sauna (electric heating) and separate toilet. Open loft (steep ladder) with separate beds for two.

There is also the covered patio area and terrace with grill (use only on summer time) Car shelter place for one car + blug. Separate storage for skies front of apartment. For a baby: safety gates (tof of ladder), pot and travel bed and high chair. Near is play grownd for childrens. There is an air source heat pump (cooling). Set of dishes for 8 persons.
Kajaani 33 km, Sotkamo 7 km. Vuokatti ski slope 1,9 km, Holiday Club Katinkulta / Spa 0.8 km.

Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay. Final cleaning NOT included. Not pets allowed!
