Spacious two-storey holiday home in pastoral surroundings, outside of Varekil on southern Orust. The house, which used to be a farm, features a newly-built terrace and access to a tennis court. Its situated about 500 metres from the nearest bathing spot, which has a rocky beach and a bathing dock.The house is situated in a peaceful area. Shared garden and access to a separate building suitable for parties.



The first floor features a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, , a bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a TV-area. The living room opens out onto the lovely terrace, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. On the upper floor you will find two bedrooms with sloping ceilings. Washing machine in the cellar.



Be sure to visit Rossö Nature Reserve, only four kilometres from the house. There is also a very nice rocky beach with a bathing dock about for kilometres away. The archipelago offers plenty of enjoyment. Why not catch a ferry to Käringön or Gullholmen, and visit Mollösund and Hälleviksstrand? The town of Varekil is five kilometres from the house and offers services and a grocery store. Gothenburg is only 65 kilometres away. Orust offers all sorts of activities: kayaking, diving, fishing, and golfish are a few. Please note: No corporate bookings.
