Surrounded by scenic nature and beautiful woodlands, this charming
holiday home, built in 2004, is the perfect get-away for a relaxing
holiday. It is situated in Vissefjärda in Småland, close to lake
Ödevaten and a great beach (two kilometres away), and within driving
distance of many interesting towns. It also includes a lovely
conservatory with a view of the beautiful woodlands.


The cottage has a modern kitchen that features an array of amenities to
make your stay as comfortable as possible: An electric cooker, a wood
cooker, a dishwasher, and a washing machine, to name a few. The cottage
has its own well. In the living room you will find a TV with satellite
channels. There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom features a double
bed, the other feature two single beds each. The bathroom features
underfloor heating, a WC, a washbasin, and a shower.


Your holiday home is not far from Ödevata Fishing Camp, where you can
rent a boat and fishing rods. Theres also a beach by the camp.


Visit the world famous glassworks in Emmaboda, Johansfors, Nybro, Kosta,
and Orrefors! This part of Småland that is called “The Kingdom of
Crystal” because of its many glassworks. When you visit Kosta, dont miss the elk park there! The charming
town of Vimmerby is also a great destination for a day trip. This area
is the setting for many of Astrid Lindgrens beloved childrens books
such as Emil of Lönneberga. The children will really enjoy Astrid
Lindgrens World. Katthult and Bullerbyn are also close. Or why not take
a daytrip to Mariannelund and find out how sweets were made in the olden
days? The town of Kalmar is another great destination for an excursion.
It is set by Kalmarsund and you can drive right over the bridge to the
charming island of Öland.
