In the living room you will find a lovely wood-burning stove, perfect for lighting on cold evenings. You reach the large, glazed terrace through one of the ground floor bedrooms, which has a sofa bed for two. The house has two other bedrooms with a double bed in each, and another two with a single bed in each. Five bedrooms altogether.


The upstairs bathroom has a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a WC, a washbasin, a bath tub with a shower, and a washing machine. On the second floor you will find three of the bedrooms bedrooms and a family room with a sofa bed, a TV, and a DVD-player.


Your cottage is situated on the same land plot as the owners farm and you will have the opportunity too see the cows and calves. The child-friendly, sandy beach in Näs is 4 kilometres away. The harbour by Sunnanå and the golf course in Mellerud are 14 kilometres away.
