This architectural designed holiday cottage from 2007 is located very close to the Wadden Sea. There is whirlpool and sauna in the house.


It is built with wood and rustic stones, and has a very large wooden terrace, where you can enjoy the days from sunrise to sunset.


The interior of the house consists of bright rooms with wooden floors in the bedrooms and living room, and tiled floors in the rest of the house. Large panoramic windows in the living room, where you can enjoy the view of the sea in the distance. Modern kitchen with everything you need of domestic appliances. Extra freezing and cooling capacity. There is a wood-burning stove and a heat pump as energy saving appliances in this well-insulated modern house. The heat pump also works as air condition in summer. TV in one of the bedrooms.


As well as a swing and sandbox for children, there is an outdoor fish cleaning table with running water. Natural plot with protecting trees. Approx. 500 metres to an 18-hole golf course in Havneby.


All the doors are without doorsteps and are 90 cm wide. Hence the house is handicap friendly.
