With an incredible view over Kerteminde Fjord and the old fishing village is this cottage on one of the best plots in the city. From both the house and plot there is an incredible view. Furthermore, there is a direct private access to the beach with picnic tables/benches at the waters edge where you can enjoy the private beach. Boat with 5 hp engine is for use between 1 May to 1 November (usage at own risk/insurance). You can also enjoy the cosy courtyard which is secluded and can be closed with two large wrought iron gates. The house has a dining room with direct access to the terrace which offers sweeping views of the water. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, extractor and fridge/freezer.
