Villa Pregiata is a typical red brick farmhouse, situated on a hill with an ample panoramic view over the hills of Tuscany and Umbria.
The farmhouse has recently been renovated, respecting its characteristics, with the floors in terracotta, ceilings in terracotta and visible wooden beams, fireplaces in serena stone, typical of the area. The inside has had careful treatment and has been fitted with modern and functional accessories, the furnishings are traditional in good taste. For the finishing touches high quality materials from local craftsmen have been used.
The building close to Villa Pregiata is empty and the grounds and pool of VIlla Pregiata are for guests' private use.
The property is an ideal place for a holiday for a group of friends and families with children.

The small village of Preggio is 300mt from the farmhouse, and offers various services so that there is no need to use the car every day.
It is situated 18 km from the city of Cortona and 10 km from Lake Trasimeno.
The position of the farmhouse is ideal for organizing daily excursions to discover the artistic beauty and landscapes of Umbria and Tuscany.

The farmhouse is on 2 levels composed of 3 apartments ( 350 m2), not communicating internally.
On the ground floor ( apartment 1): large kitchen with a fireplace, practical and functional for lunches and dinners together, double bedroom with 1 bathrooms with shower.
(apartment 2): 1 double bedroom + 1 bathroom with shower, 1 kitchenette.
On the first floor: (apartmet 3) comfortable lounge room with a fireplace and kitchen corner, 2 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with showers.
Outdoor area with table and chairs.

The Villa as well as the garden were great. The house itself was very clean and especially with 3 little children it was ideal to have 3 independent entries/kitchens. The village nearby is nice and you get the most important things there. For bigger supermarkets you have to go around 25 minutes by car which is ok if you go 1 or 2 times.
