16 km north from Pietarsaari, Lake Luodonjärvi 30 m (length 18 km, width 5.5 km), hard, gently deepening sand bottom, own boat. Shore in shared use, but for the guests of Villa Blå there is own pier.

The two-storey, built in 1930, board covered log villa, renovated in 1992 and 2009.
On the ground floor living room with sofa bed for two, kitchen, hall, glass terrace facing northward and covered terrace facing southward.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms with double bed and single bed and living room with convertible sofa. Sauna, bathroom and two balconies.
Lakeside sauna available by appointment, shared use with another cottage.

Gas grill. Shared use a campfire place which is suitable for max 12 people. Near the campfire place there is a terrace where is a hot tub for rent. Hot tub can be rented directly from the owner; please notice that this should be done in advance to make sure that it's available. Client will heat the hot tub. Villa is situated in 0.5 hectares plot next to owner's other house. Own yard whit a carport, summerhouse and playhouse. Skis on hire for children and adults from owner.
Luoto is part of Natura 2000 area and part of shore conservation program area and belongs also to the 7 Bridges Archipelago area.
Shared use with the owner: tennis and volleyball court, a place for long jump, climbing frame, trampoline, summer house and grill house.

Owner rents out inflatable boat with 5 hp motor, canoe, kayak and fishing gear.
Catering services and guided fishing trips to the sea available by advance booking. For a bigger group (25 persons) also other house for rent (located on the same yard). Meals for groups available from Larsmon Lähetyskoti ry nearby.

There is a 13 km long cross country ski trails and a biathlon trail in the area, 2 fitness tracks and a fitness room. PowerPark amusement park 60 km, Pirilö Golf 20 km, Kruunupyy airport 25 km, Kokkola 22 km, The Toivonen Animal Park and the Peasants´ Museum (open during summertime) in Kälviä 32 km, Tyynelä Elf House (open usually only on July and December) 3 km, public beach 150 m.
