This cottage by the lake Kiimanen in Sotkamo was completed in 1991. Distance to shore 10m, pier and boat.

Floor area 42 m². Combined living room & kitchen with sofa bed for 1-2 persons, loft with four matresses, toilet/shower and sauna (heated with wood). Access to sauna also through the porch.

Lush natural state sheltered yard. Air conditioner.

Kajaani 62 km, Sotkamo 20 km, Kuhmo 40 km, Vuokatti ski slope 27 km, cross country track 800 m. Beach 10 m. The nearest neighbor is the owner of the cottage.

Not possible order cleaning service or bed linens!

No pets allowed.

Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay.
