La Fattoria Le Chianacce a été fondée au siècle dernier et servait à l'élevage de la viande de bœuf et de porc, très prisée, produite depuis toujours dans cette région. Le propriétaire a voulu en récupérer une partie, en la laissant totalement identique à la construction d'origine et en l'équipant d'un mobilier simple et essentiel qui vous ramènera à l'atmosphère chaleureuse d'autrefois. À proximité de la ferme se trouve le petit village de Farneta et son abbaye romane du même nom, qui vaut certainement la peine d'être visitée. Grâce à sa position stratégique, la maison permet de rejoindre facilement toutes les villes d'art et les stations touristiques les plus importantes du centre de l'Italie. À seulement 7 km se trouve le village caractéristique de Foiano della Chiana, avec ses bâtiments en briques rouges, perché sur une colline verdoyante. À Foiano, vous trouverez tous les services nécessaires, des restaurants et des trattorias où vous pourrez déguster des plats typiques et des vins locaux, des supermarchés, des magasins et des pharmacies. In der Wohnung befanden sich viele Ameisen und Gekkos. Die Gekkos waren ok, das sind halt Tiere vor Ort, die Ameisen waren sehr nervig. Und die Küchenutensilien waren sehr rarr. Es gab nir Töpfe in xxl und kein vernünftiges Schneidemesser. Der Urlaub war trotzdem sehr schön und ich würde da wieder hinfahren. La piscine fabuleuse au milieu des champs d'oliviers. La maison est au milieu du paysage toscan, c'est magnifique et très calme. Les voisins sont aussi très sympathiques. Pour mon chien aussi c'était super, il avait la possibilité de courir de partout (bon le mien a du être gardé en laisse à cause des chats qu'il chasse malheureusement... mais sinon pour les propriétaires de chien, tout est très bien fermé, et votre ami à quatre pattes va se régaler et recevoir des caresses de la part de tout le monde ) Très bonne connexion WIFI. The location is superb if you want a quiet and peaceful place to spend a vacation in Tuscany. It's a picturesque location placed on a hill-top, here you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view. Worth mentioning is the pool area, here you can relax in the sun. La Lolla has a good overall size for 2 adults and a couple of children. The bedroom has a comfortable queensize bed. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook under your stay, the meals can be enjoyed at one of the properties terraces with a view of the landscape. Bathroom is also okay. Clean towels and linen are included in the price. Simona is a good host and keeps the surroundings clean all the time. If you are into local wines, Catina Canaio is 9 minutes walk away, worth a visit. The location is close to many well known places in the region... We went to Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza and Firenze. Rome and Pisa are both a 2 hour drive from the property. It's not five star hotel, but you really get value for the money. We will be back. Purtroppo la gestione da la sensazione di essere al "risparmio" e trascurata nei dettagli: allestimenti degli apparatamenti eccessivamente minimalista (nella permanenza si avverte la carenza stoviglie, utensili da cucina; mobilio) invece del box (molto piu funzionale e pratico) c'è una tenda da doccia strappata e che non chiude neanche bene e causa allagamento del bagno, mancanza di zanzariere alle finestre, vasi di adornamento degli spazi comuni rotti o secchi non sostituiti, piante non adeguatamente potate che intralciano i passaggi. molto grave invece già dal secondo giorno di permanenza la presenza di alghe in piscina che praticamente ne hanno precluso un utilizzo per tutto il soggiorno. in alternativa non ci è stata proposta alcuna forma di rimborso ne dai proprietari ne da voi agenzia. in sostanza va bene solo come appoggio ma senza molte pretese; sicuramente si può trovare di meglio... peccato perchè poteva essere un posto in cui tornare. [contro commento da parte dai gestori] abbiamo saputo del problema della piscina il giorno della partenza del cliente, dopo che aveva lasciato la struttura. Siamo subito intervenuti ed il problema è stato risolto dal proprietario. Se ci avesse avvertito del problema durante il suo soggiorno saremmo di certo intervenuti prima; siamo dispiaciuti per questo inconveniente ma al momento non possiamo fare niente per questo cliente. In der Wohnung befanden sich viele Ameisen und Gekkos. Die Gekkos waren ok, das sind halt Tiere vor Ort, die Ameisen waren sehr nervig. Und die Küchenutensilien waren sehr rarr. Es gab nir Töpfe in xxl und kein vernünftiges Schneidemesser. Der Urlaub war trotzdem sehr schön und ich würde da wieder hinfahren. The location is superb if you want a quiet and peaceful place to spend a vacation in Tuscany. It's a picturesque location placed on a hill-top, here you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view. Worth mentioning is the pool area, here you can relax in the sun. La Lolla has a good overall size for 2 adults and a couple of children. The bedroom has a comfortable queensize bed. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook under your stay, the meals can be enjoyed at one of the properties terraces with a view of the landscape. Bathroom is also okay. Clean towels and linen are included in the price. Simona is a good host and keeps the surroundings clean all the time. If you are into local wines, Catina Canaio is 9 minutes walk away, worth a visit. The location is close to many well known places in the region... We went to Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza and Firenze. Rome and Pisa are both a 2 hour drive from the property. It's not five star hotel, but you really get value for the money. We will be back. Purtroppo la gestione da la sensazione di essere al "risparmio" e trascurata nei dettagli: allestimenti degli apparatamenti eccessivamente minimalista (nella permanenza si avverte la carenza stoviglie, utensili da cucina; mobilio) invece del box (molto piu funzionale e pratico) c'è una tenda da doccia strappata e che non chiude neanche bene e causa allagamento del bagno, mancanza di zanzariere alle finestre, vasi di adornamento degli spazi comuni rotti o secchi non sostituiti, piante non adeguatamente potate che intralciano i passaggi. molto grave invece già dal secondo giorno di permanenza la presenza di alghe in piscina che praticamente ne hanno precluso un utilizzo per tutto il soggiorno. in alternativa non ci è stata proposta alcuna forma di rimborso ne dai proprietari ne da voi agenzia. in sostanza va bene solo come appoggio ma senza molte pretese; sicuramente si può trovare di meglio... peccato perchè poteva essere un posto in cui tornare. [contro commento da parte dai gestori] abbiamo saputo del problema della piscina il giorno della partenza del cliente, dopo che aveva lasciato la struttura. Siamo subito intervenuti ed il problema è stato risolto dal proprietario. Se ci avesse avvertito del problema durante il suo soggiorno saremmo di certo intervenuti prima; siamo dispiaciuti per questo inconveniente ma al momento non possiamo fare niente per questo cliente. À proximité de la ferme se trouve le petit village de Farneta et son abbaye romane du même nom, qui vaut certainement la peine d'être visitée. Grâce à sa position stratégique, la maison permet de rejoindre facilement toutes les villes d'art et les stations touristiques les plus importantes du centre de l'Italie. À seulement 7 km se trouve le village caractéristique de Foiano della Chiana, avec ses bâtiments en briques rouges, perché sur une colline verdoyante. À Foiano, vous trouverez tous les services nécessaires, des restaurants et des trattorias où vous pourrez déguster des plats typiques et des vins locaux, des supermarchés, des magasins et des pharmacies. The location is superb if you want a quiet and peaceful place to spend a vacation in Tuscany. It's a picturesque location placed on a hill-top, here you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view. Worth mentioning is the pool area, here you can relax in the sun. La Lolla has a good overall size for 2 adults and a couple of children. The bedroom has a comfortable queensize bed. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook under your stay, the meals can be enjoyed at one of the properties terraces with a view of the landscape. Bathroom is also okay. Clean towels and linen are included in the price. Simona is a good host and keeps the surroundings clean all the time. If you are into local wines, Catina Canaio is 9 minutes walk away, worth a visit. The location is close to many well known places in the region... We went to Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza and Firenze. Rome and Pisa are both a 2 hour drive from the property. It's not five star hotel, but you really get value for the money. We will be back. Purtroppo la gestione da la sensazione di essere al "risparmio" e trascurata nei dettagli: allestimenti degli apparatamenti eccessivamente minimalista (nella permanenza si avverte la carenza stoviglie, utensili da cucina; mobilio) invece del box (molto piu funzionale e pratico) c'è una tenda da doccia strappata e che non chiude neanche bene e causa allagamento del bagno, mancanza di zanzariere alle finestre, vasi di adornamento degli spazi comuni rotti o secchi non sostituiti, piante non adeguatamente potate che intralciano i passaggi. molto grave invece già dal secondo giorno di permanenza la presenza di alghe in piscina che praticamente ne hanno precluso un utilizzo per tutto il soggiorno. in alternativa non ci è stata proposta alcuna forma di rimborso ne dai proprietari ne da voi agenzia. in sostanza va bene solo come appoggio ma senza molte pretese; sicuramente si può trovare di meglio... peccato perchè poteva essere un posto in cui tornare. [contro commento da parte dai gestori] abbiamo saputo del problema della piscina il giorno della partenza del cliente, dopo che aveva lasciato la struttura. Purtroppo la gestione da la sensazione di essere al "risparmio" e trascurata nei dettagli: allestimenti degli apparatamenti eccessivamente minimalista (nella permanenza si avverte la carenza stoviglie, utensili da cucina; mobilio) invece del box (molto piu funzionale e pratico) c'è una tenda da doccia strappata e che non chiude neanche bene e causa allagamento del bagno, mancanza di zanzariere alle finestre, vasi di adornamento degli spazi comuni rotti o secchi non sostituiti, piante non adeguatamente potate che intralciano i passaggi. molto grave invece già dal secondo giorno di permanenza la presenza di alghe in piscina che praticamente ne hanno precluso un utilizzo per tutto il soggiorno. in alternativa non ci è stata proposta alcuna forma di rimborso ne dai proprietari ne da voi agenzia. in sostanza va bene solo come appoggio ma senza molte pretese; sicuramente si può trovare di meglio... peccato perchè poteva essere un posto in cui tornare. [contro commento da parte dai gestori] abbiamo saputo del problema della piscina il giorno della partenza del cliente, dopo che aveva lasciato la struttura. Siamo subito intervenuti ed il problema è stato risolto dal proprietario. Se ci avesse avvertito del problema durante il suo soggiorno saremmo di certo intervenuti prima; siamo dispiaciuti per questo inconveniente ma al momento non possiamo fare niente per questo cliente. La piscina è un valore aggiunto che permette di trascorrere bei pomeriggi alternativi alle visite alle moltissime località di interesse storico culturale, raggiungibili con pochi Km di strada. Le séjour s'est bien déroulée dans l'ensemble même si les prestations ne sont pas excellentes. L'appartement est trop peu lumineux et aérable. Señalizar con un par de carteles en los cruces más próximos para facilitar la localización de la casa. 2. Disponer de dos lavadoras, con una solo es insuficiente para la cantidad de personas que pueden ocupar todos los apartamentos. 3. Ciñéndome solo al apartamento “La Muchia” que es para 10 personas, una nevera un poquito más grande, mejorar el espacio para cocinar y disponer de algunos útiles más de cocina. Todo lo demás EXCELENTE. Si lo que quieres es Toscana rural, su ubicación es un encanto. En coche tardas 10’ a la autovía y a 20’ de los supermercados y la estación de Camucia. Kontakt mit Vermieter sehr herzlich. Für Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren nicht optimal. Das war aber nicht so wichtig, da sonst alles stimmte. Das Vermieterehepaar war außerordentlich liebenswürdig. Ein Nachteil waren die beiden steilen Treppen (die so in der Beschreibung nicht erkennbar waren) zu unserer großen Wohnung in der zweiten Etage, vor allem weil wir eine ältere Dame dabeihatten, die sich da schon schwergetan hat.
