160 m², au 1er étage - couchages: 6+ 2 personnes;
Grand salon - salle à manger avec grande cheminée typique toscane , grande cuisine, une chambre avec lit double, avec 1 divan-lit pour 2 enfants ou 1 adulte, 2 chambres avec 2 lits simples qui peuvent être joints sur demande; 2 salles de bains, une avec une grande douche et l'autre (12 m²) avec douche et baignoire, de grandes fenêtres.
L'appartement a un jardin privé qui est accessible en bas des escaliers principaux. Sur la droite de l'édifice il y a une belle pelouse ouverte avec tables et chaises en bois, barbecue, arbres, plantes et arbustes et une large vue sur la campagne.

Chambres à Coucher
The first two bedrooms are accessed either side of the large fireplace and share a bathroom. To the left of the fireplace is a bright and airy double room which can be made into a twin on request. On the right of the fireplace is a twin room which can be made up as a double, here stay the bedsofa for two childrens . Both of these bedrooms have direct access to the shared bathroom with shower, WC and basin.
On the other side of the lounge is the entrance to the master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom. The double bed is made from antique wood and is complimented by the wardrobe. Two windows overlooking the grounds allow for plenty of light and air to reach the room. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with hand-held shower, WC and basin and an alcove area which can be used for storage or as a dressing area. Plenty of light reaches this room through the two windows.
Bains
The bathrooms are two: one is with large shower, WC, bidet and sink.
Another is the large bathroom with both bath and shower and the first part of this room with the guardrobe.
Cuisine
Accessed by a stone staircase you enter first in to the large kitchen area where immediately in front of you is a fantastic open fireplace.
Moving past the fireplace you arrive in the kitcken itself with breakfast table and the chairs , fridge-freezer, oven, cooking hobs, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Séjour
To the right of the entrance area is the lounge and dining areas. The lounge has three comfortable sofas, a ceiling fan, TV with some satellite channels and a DVD player.
The dining area is to the rear of the lounge and has a nice wooden table and chairs that can seat 10 people.

We loved our stay at Fattoria Armenia. Three couples stayed in late May 2014 and so enjoyed the experience of staying at a family run farm. Steffania, Alessandro, Julio and Jacobo made us feel as if we were one of the family. They were so warm and welcoming and made our stay so pleasant. Salariato worked very well for the six of us and was very roomy. The master bedroom was especially nice. When we return, which we hope will be soon, we will probably stay in the cottage as it has a wonderful private outdoor space on ground level. The views were outstanding and the area as wonderful as it looks. We all loved being surrounded by the many animals including dogs and puppies, lovely horses to visit in the field, and many more. We loved staying at Fattoria Armena. The place was an oasis to relax, yet close to all the wineries and hill cities so we could easily explore. The hosts, Stefania and Alessandro were the great and made our stay unique. There was great service and food, along with many laughs as we discussed the days adventures. The rooms were very large and nicely furnished. Pool and views were amazing too. We will come back - Tom, Patsy, Don, Carmen, Brad, Sara

For us it was a piece of heaven, a glimmer of something we couldn´t expect at all. We enjoyed the view, the pool, the kind hospitality of Stephanie and her family. We left our hearts there and miss especially the dogs :) Everything worked well, was very clean and beautiful concerning the villa and garden.
ps:please, send our hearts back to Finland, we desperately need those.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this villa. It was beautiful, the pool was gorgeous and the view was spectacular. The family hosts were delightful, accommodating and helpful. We could not have asked for more. We would definitely recommend this villa for a holiday and plan to come back again.

We stayed in June and although it was very hot and sunny while we were there the Villa was usually pleasant even without air conditioning. We stayed in the largest apartment, Salario, with 6 adults. The master suite with large bedroom with antiques and beautiful bath is by far the best room, but the other two bedrooms that share a bath are also nice. They were fine for my adult children and their friends.
We very much enjoyed the area and the fact that the Villa is part of a working farm, the owners breed Arabian Horses and on our last night there we saw a horse born--a truly unique experience. Stephania and Alexandro were nothing but accommodating and the dinner cooked on site was to die for. Buonconvento is a pretty convenient town with good train service. Be prepared in this area for dirt roads with lots of hills and if you rent a car likely a stick shift. We saw Sienna, Montalcino, Florence and much more. A wonderful vacation. Note there is a rooster who makes his presence known very early in the morning--but we got used to him. A family with younger children would find the animals just as charming as we did. We booked a stay at Fattoria Armena for a group of 6. We wanted a base of operations that would allow us easy access to wine country, as well as the ability to make day trips to Siena, Florence, etc. We could not have been happier with our choice. Stefania and Alessandro are very gracious hosts, assisting us greatly with reservations at wineries and restaurants in the area. The facilities are absolutely beautiful, and the view from the pool has to be seen to be believed! The property is about 3 km from Buonconvento, where one can find several nice restaurants (da Mario is the best of the bunch), and about 10 km from Montalcino, a must for any wine enthusiasts. We had a fantastic stay, and I recommend Fattoria Armena strongly for anyone looking for a beautiful Tuscan holiday!
