events and guests: the stay does not include the use of the property for parties, receptions or the access of people exceeding the maximum number of guests indicated in the booking. These activities are allowed only with prior written authorization and definition of the relevant conditions.
The admission of animals to the facility must be authorized in advance by the owner after communicating the number of animals, size and breed.

The name evokes the legend that has always fueled the charm of this wonderful promontory, imposing on the Tyrrhenian Sea. Circe, one of the most fascinating and complex figures in classical myth, seems to have passed through here and to have given her own touch to this villa, making it in some way regal. Dating back to the early twentieth century, the old period annex was recently renovated; the structure retains a unique charm and reveals finely furnished rooms. The living area is distinguished by a warm and refined atmosphere, embellished with original details in emerald green Sardinian majolica: a chromatic note that pays homage to the territory, recalling the shades of the sea and the magic of the famous Circeo caves. The experience continues outside, where the hot tub, outdoor dining area and comfortable lounge seating invite you to fully savor the quiet and pleasant climate of the coast. Villa Odissea enjoys a privileged position, one of the most exclusive in the entire Circeo: located a few meters from the beach and the marina, just a few minutes from the charming village of San Felice Circeo, perched on the homonymous promontory.

Interiors:
The villa has an area of just over 100 square meters and is divided into two levels joined by an internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR — Open space living area with kitchen, dining area and lounge; double bedroom with walk-in closet and direct access to the back garden; bathroom with shower (equipped with washing machine and dryer). FIRST FLOOR — Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Air conditioning (in bedrooms; kitchen; living room).

Park:
The fenced outdoor area covers about 600 square meters, mainly paved and enriched by a delightful corner of lawn at the back. In front of the main entrance, two gazebos house the hot tub, a dining area with table and chairs and a relaxation area with sofas and cushions. At the back there is a practical outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The paved area, punctuated by some steps, leads to the back of the house, also accessible directly from the bedroom on the ground floor. From here, a small wooden gate opens onto a delightful corner of the garden enriched by an olive tree and Mediterranean plants.
N.B.: Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
