This sweet and detached little holiday house enjoys a quiet location.

Outside in front of the door there is a terrace with garden furniture. The parking space is also in front of the house.

The ground floor has an open living and dining room with an adjoining open kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The living room has a cosy TV area with sofas and a fireplace stove. There is a bathroom next to it with a bath and washing machine. A space-saving stairway in the living and dining room leads to the bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

The little village Ribitz belongs to the Kenz-Küstrow municipal area. Rubitz is surrounded by greenery and very well-developed cycle paths. It is 4km to the little town Barth with all shopping facilities. Barth has a little section of beach by the bodden. You can also take the train to Barth, after a short walk to the train station in Kenz. If you are looking for a beach, then the Baltic Sea is only about 15km away. There is plenty for those interested in culture. It is about a 30-minute drive to the Stralsund old town with its beautiful architecture and museums.
