The interiors - Trullo Under the Apulian Sky
Trullo Under the Apulian Sky is located a few minutes from the town of Martina Franca (Ta), in the wonderful countryside of the Itria Valley.
The villa for rent is made up of the historic 4-cone Trullo and the more modern extension and can accommodate up to 6 people, in three bedrooms (divided into two units). The entrance with a living area and well-equipped kitchen complete the Trullo for rent.
The entrance to the main body opens into the small living room with sofas, fireplace and TV.
The same divides the living area (continuing on the left) and the sleeping area (on the right).
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with double beds that share a bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink, mirror and shower.
The double bedrooms are furnished with a built-in wardrobe, a bed with a wooden headboard, bedside tables and light points for reading.
The kitchen in the living area consists of a dining table (for six guests) and is furnished with a fridge/freezer, a
induction.
Still from the entrance, on the right, you can access the Trullo with the bedroom with a full bathroom which can also be used as a service bathroom in the living area or for the exclusive use of the bedroom.
Outside of Trullo Under the Apulian Sky, you will have at your disposal a wonderful swimming pool with hot and cold showers and sun loungers, a barbecue, sun loungers and deck chairs. Both in the front and in a private position in the courtyard, two covered patios with tables and comfortable seats will be at your disposal.

Short-term tourist rental pursuant to D.L. 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely or at check-in.
- All travelers benefit, with the payment of 6% Agency Fee, from the RARO CARE service covering Cancellation and coverage of any accidental damage to the property.
With the RARO CARE Service you will be covered for any damage exceeding € 100.00 and up to € 5,000.00.
- The short-term rental of the villa does not give the right to organize events of any kind in it unless previously agreed in writing with the agency as provided in point 25 of the terms and conditions. The use of the villa must be limited to simple tourist accommodation.
- Entry to the property must take place mandatorily after completion of
sanitization by the personnel assigned to this activity and therefore not before 5:00 PM. The assigned personnel will communicate to the owner or his representative the scheduled time for access and he will communicate it to the guests.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- **twice a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients, mid-stay partial cleaning with room tidying and bathroom cleaning with ONLY towel change (except for pool towels, bathrobes and slippers, where provided);
** - If the stay is a minimum of 7 nights, the intermediate passage as reported above is provided.
- if the stay is longer than 7 nights, but less than 14 nights (e.g. 12 nights), the intermediate passage is provided mid-stay.
- for stays and multiple bookings of 7 nights (e.g. 14, 21, 28 nights) the intermediate and final passage is provided as reported above.
During high season periods, weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.

- 100% du prix total de la location si l'annulation intervient entre 45 jours avant et le jour de l'arrivée ou en cas de non-présentation.

Een heel fijn huis op een centrale locatie, we werken goed geholpen wanneer we een vraag hadden. Voor een gezin met 5/6 is de vaatwasser veel te klein en te weinig glazen ook voor bij het zwembad. De wifi is echt niet goed en de airco ook niet. Een bezem en een stofzuiger zouden een mooie aanvulling zijn zodat je zelf ook een beetje kan schoonmaken. De poetsdames missen echt een goed humeur.

A very nice house in a central location; we received great assistance whenever we had a question. For a family of 5 or 6, the dishwasher is much too small, and there aren’t enough glasses—even for use by the pool. The Wi-Fi is really poor, and so is the air conditioning. A broom and a vacuum cleaner would be a nice addition so you can do a little cleaning yourself. The cleaning ladies really lack a cheerful attitude.
