A very pleasant cottage with a fantastic
location on the beautiful island Hasslö, only 250m from a small local bathing
area with jetties, berths and barbecue area etc. The area has a charming
and typical island settlement. On the large plot is also
the owners house. You
have your own spacious part of the plot. Here you will find peace and
harmony.
Your cabin is in two levels. On
the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room with a double sofa bed and a
newly renovated, fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating. Upstairs you
will come via a rather steep staircase. Up here the ceiling height is low. There is
a hall and two bedrooms each with two single beds. No doors to the
bedrooms, they are separated by drapery. Do
you have small children there is a door to hang up by the stairs.
The
lovely plot has two side patios, one for sunny days under parasol and a partly
covered roof with barbecue area for sunny summer evenings. The
fenced plots spacious lawn is perfect for childrens games.
Hasslö
has many hours of sunshine, as the island is often called "Little
Hawaii". If
you do not want to sunbathe or swim, you can roam the ports of Garpen or the
halls and soak up the atmosphere. At
Hasslö there is also a smokehouse, a bakery with a café, a restaurant, a craft
store. At Hasslö there
is a larger public bathing place at Sandvik. In many places
around the island you can try your fishing tackle. The owner is happy to
borrow bicycles for the guests. The
towns Karlskrona and Ronneby are only a short drive away. To
the world heritage city Karlskrona with a wide variety of restaurants and attractions
there is a regular commuting shuttle that runs morning and afternoon. During
the summer there are a number of festivals to visit, including the
Hasslöfestivalen in July. For
golf enthusiasts there are several golf courses in the area, nearest to
Carlskronas GK.
