Pleasant accommodation by the lake Stora Gla, located in the small village Glava Glasbruk in Värmland. You live in one of the two apartments in the building.


The apartment has a nice open plan kitchen and living room. Comfortable sofa in front of the TV. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two and exit to the patio if you want to have a cup of freshly brewed coffee there. Kitchen area with dining area, where you can have your meals with a lake view. Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer.


On the shared lawn in front of the house there is a playground with swings and climbing frame for the smaller children. The accommodation here invites you to enjoy beautiful walks in the surrounding countryside. You have the nearby nature reserve Glaskogen with about 300 km of hiking trails and good opportunities for fishing and outdoor activities. Walking distance to swimming and fishing. At the jetty by the lake the boat awaits, you have the opportunity to rent it by the owner, with which you can go fishing and bathing in the lake. Fishing license is required.


There are good opportunities to fish something that you can cook on the grill or in the frying pan. There is also a canoe to rent by the owner, to silent sliding along the beach is an unbeatable way to experience the Värmland nature. If you wish to on a trip, its about 30 km to the small town of Arvika.


In Arvika, creativity is flowing, musicians, artists and artisans have lived and worked side by side since the late turn of the century and still do it to this day! In Arvika, cultural events will take place all year around. There are activities for all interests and offers you varied outdoor activities in the magnificent forests or in one of the 365 lakes in the area.
