A pleasant and genuine holiday home in a quiet cottage area near the sea and with scenic surroundings. The large plot is fenced and surrounded by trees and bushes. On the terrrace you can enjoy both barbecue evenings at sunset and morning coffee to the birds singing.
Within only a short walking distance you reach the sea with several beaches and nature conservation area.


The cottage has been built and modernized continuously. The kitchen is open and there is a small dining area. A living room with a single bed. A smaller living room and library. One bedroom with two single beds and a TV with free Swedish channels. The cabin has fiber and free wifi. Bathroom, which has entrance both from the bedroom and from outside, with a washing machine and shower. One bedroom has an extra bed with smaller bed dimensions. From the living rooms you have access to the covered terrace. From here you enjoy the sunset and the lovely summer nights.


To the summer town Falkenberg you can either get on on nice bike paths, by bus or by just a short drive. There are many pleasant little cafes, restaurants and shops. The beautiful, big sandy beach at Skrea, is quickly filled by bathers in the summer. Feel free to visit the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café, as well as a glass factory with serving.


There are several golf courses nearby. For those interested in fishing, there is the possibility in Suseån, in Ätran and in the sea. Fishing licenses are required in Ätran and Suseån.
