Holiday Home for 4 People on the hills between Pietrasanta and Seravezza (in Tuscany) with private garden.

The house "Il Ruscello" is just a few minutes drive from the shops and the center of Pietrasanta in a small hilly area immersed in the green of nature with plants, woods, flowers and a small creek bordering the garden.

The holiday home has a private car park for 2 cars and a private and enclosed garden of about 150sqm with barbecue, table with chairs, umbrella and deck chairs to enjoy the outdoor days lulled by the slight sound of the water in the creek.

Outside there is an area with washing machine.
The house can be reached by a paved and slightly narrow road and therefore it is advisable to use non-large utility cars.

Descriptif des Intérieurs

The holiday house in Tuscany Il Ruscello is structured on 3 floors as follows:

Ground floor: Dining area with glass table and chairs, TV Sat, wood burning stove, masonry kitchen with peninsula with 4 cooking rings and oven, dishwasher. Also here is a small room with fridge / freezer, microwave and many other kitchen utensils.

First floor: Second entrance (from the main road), bathroom with shower, water and bidet and living room with corner sofa bed (for 2 people), Sat TV, and a small storage closet with safe.

Second floor: Double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, large sat TV and bathroom with shower, bidet and water.

The house has been recently renovated and is impeccably furnished with semi-modern décor.

In addition to the stove, there is also normal heating (extra charge) and free WIFI Internet.
