Holiday apartment at 150 Meters from the sea in Forte dei Marmi.
At about 500 Meters from the center of Forte dei Marmi lies this house divided into two floors.
On the upper floor live the owners and the lower floor is the rented apartment.
You park your car in the free parking on the road and you reach the house via a pedestrian gate. Exclusively here is a small garden with kiwifruit covered gazebo, a dining table and various deckchairs.
The owners will go on the side just to get to their floor.
In front of the entrance door there is also a coffee table with umbrella.
A small trail on the side of the house leads to a laundry area with washing machine, door to the kitchen and a small outside shower, all covered by vegetation guaranteeing great privacy.
