This cosy holiday home is located south of lake Hjälmaren. This is a perfect place for those who want a basic standard at a decent price.


The cottage is light and airy, and features a small kitchen with the basic necessities – an electric cooker, a microwave oven, and a fridge-freezer. In the living room, theres a double bed and the bedroom contains two single beds. The dining room features a table for four people. The cottage also has a lovely glazed terrace, or conservatory, which is furnished and has plenty of space for you to spend time together. Theres an annex with two single beds and a bathroom which is equipped with an earth closet, a washbasin, and a shower.


Theres an excellent beach by the camping area in Hampetorp which is close. Here you will also find a restaurant. There are boats for rent, if you wish to explore lake Hjälmaren by boat.


There are also a number of nice towns within driving distance, for instance Örebro which is 50 kilometres away. The city centre of Örebro was voted the most beautiful in Sweden in 2015. Dont miss the marvellous castle from the 1300s when you are there! Other fun activities in Örebro include a guided “ghost walk”. The largest waterpark in Sweden is situated in Gustavsvik, and is also well worth a visit.


Please note that the toilet is an earth closet and not a water closet.
