Studio avec une grande fenêtre et une vue fantastique sur les toits de Florence, le dôme du Duomo et le clocher de Giotto. 30 mètres carrés au quatrième étage sans ascenseur. Jusqu'à trois lits répartis en un lit double et un canapé-lit simple, kitchenette, salle de bains avec douche.
EMPLACEMENT
En plein centre historique, entre le Duomo et le musée de l'Accademia où se trouve le célèbre David de Michel-Ange, à quelques pas de la Piazza Signoria, de la Galerie des Offices, du Bargello et du célèbre Ponte Vecchio de Florence.
Tous ces endroits sont accessibles en 5 ou 10 minutes de marche depuis notre appartement.

Awesome location and views right by the Duomo, close to everything - train, busses, L'accademie, River...up high but Andrew carried our bags for us :) Can't recommend it enough!

We felt very welcomed at this apartment! The manager came over when we called and was waiting for us at the door when we arrived (even though we arrived late). He showed us around the apartment and suggested some great places to try. The apartment was in a great location and we felt very safe there. It had everything we needed!

The apartment is very quiet-a nice sanctuary from the tourists and the city. Close to EVERYTHING. Lots of hot water and a washing machine. Very patient and responsive hosts. The five flights of stairs . . . well they bulid muscle tone. ;)

STAY HERE! This apartment was absolutely perfect. I stayed here for a full week and loved it. the only flaw is that it is located on the top floor, so you have to "hike" the stairs to get to it, but it really wasn't an issue for me. Once you get inside and see the wonderful view of the Duomo, the climb is forgiven. Pros = AMAZING air conditioning (the apartment was so nice and cold which is critical after being outside in the heat). The bed was so comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets. The view was spectacular. At night the Duomo glows and you can hear the beautiful bell tower. It was very quiet at night, absolutely no noise from the street or neighbors (I’m a very light sleeper). It was very clean and smelled very clean. Full amenities including a full kitchen. You are also in the heart of the city (2 blocks from the city center, 7min walk to stain station, 1 block from Medici palace, 1 block from the academia where the David statue is, 10min walk from the river and Uffizi museum, and seconds away from food, wine, and gelato). Florence is fantastic, but it is hot, kind of dusty, and hectic due to tourism so having a “getaway” apartment like this that feels like home away from home is so nice! If you don’t have any physical issues and can climb the stairs I highly suggest staying here, I know I will when I visit again.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und perfekt gelegen um die Stadt zu Fuss zu entdecken. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und witzig. Es war eine tolle Unterkunft!!
