Cozy and spacious holiday home on the shores of Lake Syväri, located 6 km from the center of Nilsiä and 19 km from the center of Tahko. Kuopio is 57 km to the northeast, and the lake is just 20 meters away; there is no dock or rowing boat. The beach is in its natural state and is not well-suited for swimming.
This wooden cabin, built in 2006, is situated in a holiday village. It features a spacious living area with a large dining table, seating area, a light fireplace, and a combined kitchen/living room. On the ground floor, there is a toilet and two bedrooms, each with two beds. The upper floor also has two beds.
The washroom and sauna are located in a separate building, which is accessed from the outside. It is only a few steps from the cabin's front door to the sauna building. The sauna is spacious and equipped with an electric sauna stove. The washroom includes a shower and a washing machine. The sauna building has two saunas, one of which is for the neighboring cabin's use (both cabins have their own saunas).

Villa White Water is a wonderful destination next to the longest free-flowing Tornion River in Europe, on the banks of the Vuenonkoski rapids, only 30 meters from the river.
From the terrace of the cottage and the lean-to on the shore, there are great views of the far upstream rapids, and especially the spring ice break is a wonderful experience.
Villa White Water is a two-story Honkarakenne holiday home with thermal log construction. It has 80 m2, a living room, a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, the first has 2 beds (width 90 cm), the second bedroom has a double bed (width 160 cm, beds available separately). The loft has 2 beds (width 80 cm). Electric sauna, washroom (1 shower) and a separate toilet. The cottage has underfloor heating, an air-source heat pump and a fireplace.
The west terrace opening onto the river is the entire length of the house, where you can grill and relax. There is a carport and a large lockable storage room in the yard.
There is a floodlit ski trail at Ainiovaara ski resort (20 km) and skiing is possible on the slopes of Aavasaksa (25 km). The border crossing to Sweden is 25 km north of the cottage at Aavasaksa.
The Tornionjoki River is famous for its salmon and whitefish and fishing is possible from the cottage shore. The current is strong, so it is not suitable for swimming. There are great berry picking opportunities in the area. Villa White Water

43 km southeast of Pello and 60 km northwest of Rovaniemi. Lake Jolmalompolo 20 m, quickly deepening shore with sand bottom, rowing boat, and pier. From Lake Jolmalompolo, there is water access to the larger Lake Raanujärvi, approx. 600 m away.
The planed-log cabin was completed in 2025. It features a living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), and a washroom/WC.
There is no sauna in the cabin. Starting in Midsummer 2026, a wood-fired lakeside sauna with a changing room will be available. The sauna is supplied with water carried by hand.

Maximum 1 animal/ chien autorisé. Allasalla est un chalet de vacances confortable en bois de chêne, point de départ idéal pour le ski alpin, le ski de fond ou les randonnées estivales. Les pistes de ski alpin sont à seulement 800 mètres et la piste de ski de fond la plus proche se trouve à 50 mètres du chalet. En dehors des saisons de ski, les sentiers de randonnée et de VTT sont facilement accessibles directement depuis la propriété.
Construit en 1990, le chalet a été bien entretenu et des rénovations récentes lui confèrent confort et praticité : la salle de bain et le sauna ont été rénovés en 2023 et les meubles des toilettes séparées ont été modernisés en 2025. Le rez-de-chaussée d'environ 42 m² et la mezzanine de 10 m² offrent un agencement fonctionnel et accueillant. Le séjour et la cuisine ouverte forment un espace de vie chaleureux et convivial, agrémenté d'une cheminée et d'un accès direct à la terrasse privative du jardin.
L'espace de couchage est généreux : une chambre est équipée d'un lit double de 160 cm et l'autre d'un lit superposé avec des matelas de 75 cm de large. La mezzanine comprend deux matelas supplémentaires et le canapé-lit du salon se transforme en un lit de 120 cm de large. Le chalet peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes.
Un séchoir à l'entrée permet de garder votre équipement de plein air au sec après une journée sur les sentiers et un local à skis verrouillable devant le chalet facilite le rangement de votre matériel. Les chiens sont également les bienvenus moyennant un supplément.

Wooden cottage (1987), hallway, living room, kitchen, equipped like a detached house. Two bedrooms, one with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and the other with two 80 x 200 cm beds. The living room has two sofa beds, both of which become 140 x 190 cm extra beds.
So a total of 4+4 beds.
The cottage has a sauna with a wood-burning stove, a washroom and a separate dressing room with a fireplace. Separate toilet, accessed from the hallway.
The living room has a TV, a PlayStation 3 game console and some games and movies. The cottage also has books and board games that can be used.
A barbecue grill and an electric grill are available during the summer season. The cottage has a starter set for the barbecue grill, i.e. coals and lighter fluid. If the starter set is not enough, the renter must purchase the coals and lighter fluid they need themselves.
